VA Customers who have a SureHands Lift System and need service should contact the VA First to make them aware of the need.

After the VA is contacted, please call SureHands Corporate to request service.

The VA will request a quote for repair. SureHands Representatives should not repair any equipment without VA Authorization.

Typically the Prosthetics Department can guide you to the correct person to address your service needs.
