For our customers who are set up on the Med-Waiver system. It is possible to use certain funds toward the purchase of a lift system. It is however something that is considered on a case by case system.

Med-waiver is a branch of Medicaid and is not given to everyone with Medicare/Medicaid.

You typically have a case manager who will help to explain their roll in the purchase.

Med-waiver customers should contact their coordinator of benefits to arrange for the service call. If you prefer to pay in cash or check at the time of the service, it may not be possible to your waiver to cover the service.
